How to Claim Your STL Winning Prize
For prizes up to ₱10,000.00: Can be directly cashed out and redeemed at the authorized STL branch or retail outlet where the ticket was purchased, or any major regional branch.
For prizes above ₱10,000.00: Must be claimed at the local PCSO Provincial District Office or the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
Required Documents to Claim:
- Original undamaged winning ticket
- Two (2) valid government-issued photo IDs (Passport, Driver's License, PhilID, UMID, Postal ID)
